Fraudulent Commissions

All Arthur Andrew Medical affiliates are prohibited from fraudulent activities like cookie stuffing, link interception and falsifying orders. Falsified orders include, but are not limited to placing orders with fraudulent credit cards and ordering for oneself with their own affiliate link. Any misuse of the Arthur Andrew Medical affiliate program will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all accumulated commissions.

Pay Per Click Advertising

Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Arthur Andrew Medical trademarked names and products in Google Adwords, but may use the Google AdSense network. Our loyal customers are already finding the Adwords space too crowded. We would hate to compete with our own customers. Instead affiliates may use our competitor’s keywords or keywords that relate to our products without using our trademarks.

Trademark Domain Registration

All Affiliates are prohibited from registering domains that contain Arthur Andrew Medical trademarked names and products and or typos of Arthur Andrew Medical trademarked names and products.

Press Releases.

All Affiliates are prohibited from creating any unauthorized press releases without first consenting and receiving permission from Arthur Andrew Medical.
